Regional Selective Assistance
Regional Selective Assistance (RSA) Scotland is a discretionary
grant provided by The Scottish Government. It looks to help
businesses with projects which create or safeguard jobs,
involving investment in land and buildings, plant and equipment,
or software and intellectual property. These businesses
are restricted to eligible areas of Scotland only.
Following a review of RSA, the scheme now offers improved
support for R&D and commercialisation projects.
The amount of grant offered to successful applicants will
be negotiated on the basis of the minimum amount needed
to enable the project to go ahead. To be eligible, projects
need to meet certain other criteria.
